At K+C we believe that diverse teams outperform homogeneous teams, especially when solving complex problems. IDEA is our multi-pronged business strategy to embed diversity and inclusion across the Connective, with unconscious bias training being an important part of it.

The training was developed by experts in the D+I space with a passion for improving the lives of our Kin and underrepresented groups around the world. This training has three main objectives: for our kin to understand personal bias and its impact in the workplace to recognise how biases are formed and to highlight ways to counter bias and foster inclusivity within teams.

Our aim is to have 100% of our Kin complete this training and commit to actively holding themselves accountable.. A lot of our Kin are passionate about IDEA and are focused on educating our colleagues and industry leaders to allow everyone to be their best selves.
