We have a dedicated HR recruiter on staff who utilizes all available tools to cast a wide net in her recruiting efforts to attract the most diverse pool of candidates possible, including postings on minority-centric association websites, HBCUs, Veteran’s Administration and LGBTQ job boards, etc.  The Conference Board also hosts numerous programs for Fortune 500 companies around the world to learn, share and expand best practices in the area of Diversity and Inclusion.

The Conference Board employs robust strategies within to recruit diverse talent. In 2018, 40% of job applicants and 46% of all new hires were persons from minority categories, and 55% of new hires were women.
