In 2019, Knowles launched our Next Generation Executive Development Program specifically for high potential diversity candidates. The initiative focuses on 1) Indentifying high performing leaders who have the potential to reach an executive role, 2) Developing a customized accelerated development program and 3) Working with an Executive Sponsor to enable successful career navigation and development support. Customized development programs include job expansion, job rotation, stretched assignments and continuous education.
Relative to our Senior Executive Succession Program, 50% of our executive positions have a diverse candidate identified as a potential, next generation successor.
