Control Risks has pushed two initiatives aimed to boost diversity in our workforce. The first one aims to respond to employees’ demand for greater internal visibility of job opportunities in the region, as well as transparency with regards to whether relocation / visa requirements could be considered if a candidate would need to relocate to another country. The second initiative aims to increase Control Risks’ process in sourcing diverse talent through a partnership with Mathison, an inclusive diversity hiring platform.
