Actions

Our leadership is held accountable for building a diverse, empowered and engaged team. We've set targets in our D & I plan and Key Performance Indicators are set and reviewed monthly by senior leadership in the following areas:

• diversity of leadership
• diverse workforce
• diverse slate
• diverse external hires and
• supplier diversity

An annual employee engagement survey goal is in place and leaders create action plans around results and opportunities for improvement.

Outcomes

We've established leadership accountability for creating a diverse and inclusive culture. As a result, we are experiencing quick wins and intend to deliver long term successes through implementation of our D & I strategic plan which includes: 

• furthering our progress in diversifying the workforce;
• building an inclusive workplace;
• increasing business with diverse suppliers; and
• supporting the diverse communities we serve.
