Challenge

Throughout our history, Lenox has strived to be a collaborative workplace with a team-oriented approach to serving clients and our community. Lenox has strived to create a culture of caring that extends to not only our employees but their families and communities. Diversity and inclusion are an integral part of this culture because we truly believe that we are stronger together when our uniqueness is valued. The firm has long commissioned well-known speakers to lead employee forums and foster meaningful discussions, but recently, we took a much bolder step. Our newly inaugurated Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee will help drive our strategy in this area and develop initiatives for employee involvement.
