Bias exists in each of us and exerts itself in our daily decisions. Increasing our awareness of the biases we possess and providing employees with strategies to overcome negative biases will result in a more inclusive and equitable work environment for all.

Faurecia is implementing a mandatory, virtual Beyond Bias training for all of its U.S. managers and professionals. Small groups will participate in 4-hour training session facilitated by Equity, Diversity and Inclusion experts. Attendees will discover their own biases, learn about the impacts of them, and then be empowered with tools to overcome negative ones. Finally, participants will also learn valuable lessons from fellow participants as they share their diverse experiences during these safe sessions.
