Employment Resource Group, Inc. (ERG), as an executive search firm, is very focused on transforming the world of work by providing talented professionals that have a diverse background and provide new ways of thinking into the work environment.
Organizations go through a lifecycle as they grow. At some point an organization will outgrow the capabilities and innovative ideas of their early adopters. ERG assesses the current landscape of talent and works tirelessly to assist our clients with adding professionals that bring a much more global perspective, which adds rich rewards in engaging our DEi initiatives with our employers. But the struggle is a real one. We reside in a very conservative state. We also do not ham a significant number of large cities, therefore some of the sen ices, food offers, etc. are not as plentiful for client's new hires.

This is where ERG has taken action. We have teamed up with many Affinity groups in the areas we service to be able to collaborate on these challenges. By doing this collective work, ERG has been able to build more meaningful and authentic connections, helping our candidates feel a sense of belonging quickly.

We also do a large portion of our work pro-bono for organizations that service our community's various DEI populations. Just last month, we placed the Executive Director of Wisconsin Veterans Village, a first-of-its-kind village that supports veterans through their entire lifespan - from housing to hospice care. ERG was so honored to be able to find an outstanding leader to give back to those who have given so much for us.

Our services continue to grow as awareness expands. We are excited to offer curriculum to our client organizations focused on everything from implicit bias and inner resistance to workplace certifications on DEI initiatives.
