The Network of Executive Women transforms business from the top down through CEO commitment and from the bottom up through a powerful community of 11,000 members, 950 companies, 105 corporate partners and 21 volunteer-led regional groups in North America. NEW hosts two national conferences, the NEW Executive Leaders Forum for senior-level executives and the NEW Leadership Summit for emerging and mid-level leaders, senior executives and men who lead women. NEW’s three signature learning programs – NEW Rising Stars, NEW Executive Institute and NEW Career Accelerator Workshops – offer leadership development focused on the advancement of women. The NEW Leadership Academy and NEW Summit Speaker Series are skills-building webinars for emerging and mid-level women. NEW Grow Your Small Business webinars are designed for entrepreneurs and regional businesses.

Outcomes

NEW members are supported through pivotal career and life stages, attend leadership development programs, receive feedback, build their personal brand and industry profile, and increase their business skills and connections online in the NEW Member Community and at 150 NEW events. 

NEW partners benefit from insights, benchmarking and solutions to drive workplace change, thought leadership and diversity best practices, leading to increased retention and advancement of women, improved employee job satisfaction, enhanced brand reputation and better business results.
