Challenge

We recognized the great benefits of developing and retaining diverse talent throughout the organization, including our locations in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, particularly as a premier provider of research, data, and programs for Fortune 500 companies on best practices in the area of Diversity and Inclusion, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Human Capital Analytics, and Employee Engagement.

Actions

We provide our employees with numerous opportunities for growth and development in their roles or new roles that open within the organization, including a generous Tuition Reimbursement program. Our Talent Development efforts include performance goals for all managers in the areas of training and development of staff to develop leaders. A number of our Senior Managers, including Executive Committee members, began their careers with The Conference Board in smaller roles and have been promoted up the ranks or, with The Conference Board’s generous Tuition Reimbursement Program, have obtained advanced degrees at premier universities and graduate schools, to further progress in their careers.  The Conference Board also curates research, hosts conferences, and provides numerous programs for Fortune 500 companies around the world to learn, share and expand best practices in the area Leadership Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement.
