The events of the past few years have affected AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah (AAA NCNU) Team Members and their dependents. While AAA NCNU offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), AAA NCNU recognized Team Members and their dependents may need additional resources to cope with challenges. To address this, the company invested in a comprehensive wellness platform.

In 2023, AAA NCNU identified and invested in a comprehensive wellness platform that provides in-app and online support for Team Members and their dependents. Using the platform, Team Members have access to 24/7 counseling, private coaching sessions, chat and therapy sessions, group support sessions, self-paced digital courses, guided meditations, and ongoing wellness assessments at no cost.

More than 20 percent of AAA NCNU Team Members enrolled in the platform within the first 90 days of its launch. Several AAA NCNU ERGs have also used the platform to provide resources specifically tailored to their groups, such as support sessions in response to current events
