The Avantor Supplier Diversity program aims to connect small and diverse suppliers (minority, women, veteran, LGBT and disabled) to our customers. Avantor considers the Supplier Diversity Strategy a critical component of our procurement strategy. The program also helps diverse suppliers develop the necessary capabilities to showcase their talents to grow and sustain their business. Through this program, Avantor hopes to support job creation, provide a variety of opportunities, and help drive growth for these businesses and communities.
