We ensure all team members have access to tools and learning opportunities that strengthen our culture of belonging. These resources empower individuals to recognize the unique contributions of each person and work collaboratively toward collective success.

  • Global Resource Library
    • Sun maintains and continuously adds to a Global Resource library, housed within the company’s intranet, which serves as a hub for company culture and education. It includes articles, videos, podcasts, books, and websites designed to deepen understanding and spark meaningful conversations.
  • Learning Opportunities
    • Sun’s onboarding process includes a 90-minute orientation course that introduces company culture, values, and commitment to inclusion and belonging to all hires.
    • Post-onboarding, team members have access to a wealth of learning content, ranging from general career development courses, communication and leadership skills materials, and cultural awareness topics, to advanced skills training and certifications.
Outcomes
