Racism has no place - not at IFF, not anywhere. We will not tolerate it in any of its forms.

IFFers work hard every day to ensure that our workplace is safe for everyone – including people of color, members of the LGBTIQ+ community, and women – and we will continue this work. We draw strength from our diversity, and we will never stop fighting for an IFF that is inclusive of everyone.

To all our followers, our colleagues, and our communities who are hurting right now – We see you and we hear you. We are standing with you, shoulder to shoulder. We are committed to do better and be better. Every one of us has a responsibility to educate ourselves and each other, learn about actions we can take as allies, and, hopefully, help begin to ease the cycle of violence.
