Various workforce diversity gaps exist in different business sectors, while training gaps exist for diverse students.

TMCF partners with corporations to build diverse talent pipelines that fill recruitment needs and address diversity gaps – while building a solid training mechanism at its member-schools that prepare students for success in the workforce.

TMCF utilizes predictive analytics to identify talent that has both the knowledge and soft skills to be successful in a given partner’s corporate culture, develops those students through a variety of activities and supports, and deploys them with corporate partners as either full-time employees or interns. 

TMCF offers a range of activities – from a targeted recruitment function for specific positions, to an annual Leadership Institute that presents the top 400 students from across the Black college system, to engagement throughout the year in the form of scholarships and student ambassadors for specific partners.

TMCF currently partners with over 80 national and global corporations – as well as government agencies – to identify, develop and deploy diverse talent for specific positions and functions.  As a result of TMCF’s solutions-focused programs, Apple chose TMCF to be its primary partner to help address the diversity gap in the technology industry.
