Difficult conversations must be had for progress. People cannot be blissfully unaware of how society greatly advantages some whilst simultaneously disadvantaging others. We must take this journey at Peakon.

We run monthly discussion groups on topics focusing on Black Lives Matter and on PeakPride, where we have conversations on white privilege, Black hair, how religion has shaped LGBT+ rights and more.

We have created open safe spaces for sharing, which means we have a strong sense of community around these topics at Peakon. Through this employee-hosted conversations, we have really thought-provoking conversations which move us from awareness, to education and finally into action.
