Finding African American Talent

Going to non-traditional jobs posting websites to find African American talent in an effort to support the OneTen Initiative as well as several of our clients that are asking for diverse talent. 

We are beginning to recruit from diversity websites - HBCU Connect, Blackjobs.com, Black Career Network, Workplace Diversity, PDN Recruits, and POC IT. We are focusing in on skill based talent rather than credential based talent to present to our clients. Over 78% of African Americans do not have 4 years degree but have the skills to be successful, for example, in technical positions. These websites are beginning to open up talent otherwise not found on Dice, Career Builder and Monster.
