I saw a need at Rangam to help organizations create truly diverse workplaces with environments conducive to support those with Autism, neurodivergence, and disabilities.

My team at Rangam developed, from the ground up, a hiring platform that provides a collaborative, holistic solution implemented to develop people, create inclusionary processes, and foster a culture of belonging to address the challenges that I identified within organizations.
SourceAbled facilitates the coordination and management of diverse hiring programs and brings them to life through digitizing the experience of attracting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining qualified employees with disabilities, autism and other neurodivergence.

Our SourceAbled team collaborates with clients, educating teams from the C-Suite level and on throughout the organization, providing a support system for new hires as well as for the program. Each program is completing customized to the needs of each organization. Not every company has the same starting point necessitating a completely customized experience, ensuring success for each client at their pace.

Since we implemented our SouceAbled solution, we have successfully placed approximately 150 candidates into positions with our clients, transformed workplaces and improved their diversity and inclusion programs. Most importantly, we have given opportunities to a community of underrepresented people that were not available in the past. Rangam is strengthening the workforce with qualified and very competent individuals, delivering innovative solutions to the challenges our clients face, and reinventing the mindsets of the industries we serve. It is what we mean when we say, “Empathy Drives Innovation.”
