Recruiting diverse talent to fill our open positions.

Actions

We've taken a closer look at our recruitment process and have made changes to include the following:

  • Partnering with diversity focused job boards to advertise our open positions
  • Post positions with local HBCs
  • Removing race, ethnicity, and/or gender identifiers from resumes in the initial screening steps of the recruiting process
  • Moving some of our assessment to the early part of the screening process for increased objectivity
  • Working with staffing agencies that value and have a strong network of diverse candidates
