Radian Connected is committed to building a culture of health and community by providing dedicated programs to our valued employees and their families. At Radian, we take our role as a responsible corporate citizen seriously, and support the volunteer efforts of our employees.  Radian Connected was created to provide our employees with a variety of opportunities to volunteer and serve the community. 

Opportunities to participate in Radian Connected include volunteer events, various donation drives, and employee raffles all for charitable donations to community non-profit organizations. The largest event is our Summer Day of Service which takes place during the last week of June when employees and their children volunteer their time to give back to our community. 

Radian partners with community organization who share in our vision, ensuring the American dream, by serving the homeless through Project HOME, creating cleaner, safer, healthier neighborhoods through The Ray of Hope Project, and supporting the future our communities by providing children the essential items needed to feel safe, warm, and ready to learn through Cradles to Crayons, to name a few.  These efforts provide an example of the Radian Values, support the culture of diversity and inclusion, and have a positive impact on employee engagement.
