There is a lack of diversity in the French startup ecosystem.

Schoolab trains entrepreneurs and innovators. In France, which is where we were first established, we are considered pioneers around intrapraneurship, and we are one of the largest startup incubators for early-stage startups. We have trained over 4000 innovators and have accelerated over 500 startups. In order to promote diversity in the French startup ecosystem, we made a commitment to have at least 50% of the entrepreneurs we train and support come from under-represented backgrounds.

• Work on more inclusive communication on the startup side
• The digital support pool for entrepreneurs (attraction of participants from all over France, older profiles)
