To care for our employees, we have also:

• Increased cleaning and sanitizing throughout all of our operations that remain open for team members performing critical services.
• Asked most of our salary employees to work from home in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus within our facilities.
• Suspended production in most of our North American manufacturing operations, evaluating each facility’s condition on a weekly basis to ensure a systematic and orderly approach.
• Made IT and Internal Communication resources available to employees to help them and their families adjust to working from home.
• Provided a variety of channels for employees to stay well-connected to their work teams.
• Bolstered our networks to make working from home easier for our employees.
