To ensure pay equity across the corporation.

Joined Paradigm for Parity, a coalition of business leaders focused on addressing the corporate leadership gender gap. One aspect of the Five Point Program is to measure targets at every level and communicate outcomes. This lead us to conduct our first ever pay equity audit.

Outcomes

We were able to identify outliers and implement a plan to remediate any inequities. Additionally we will also begin to periodically report this information to our board of directors.
