CSAA Insurance Group is conducting a company-wide gender and ethnicity pay review that goes beyond recently enacted California gender equity legislative requirements.
We are reviewing equity across gender and ethnicity for our entire employee population, with a focus on job level and performance.
In partnership with the non-profit Northern California Employment Round Table and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (“DFEH”), we are hosting an inaugural “Striving for Equality” forum that will address issues of pay equity under the California Equal Pay Act and will include leaders from the DFEH and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, as well as attorneys who specialize in this area of the law.
