Nsight Work/Life Flexibility and Benefits

Challenge

Create a healthy and inclusive work environment that caters to the variety of needs of individuals in our organization.

Actions

Nsight continually evaluates the needs of our employees to enhance our benefits and create a work/life balance. Benefits to support this include:

  • Hybrid work opportunities, remote work, and split shifts
  • Paid parental leave
  • Adoption assistance
  • Educational reimbursement program
  • Floating holidays and wellness days
  • Ability to purchase additional paid time off (PTO) each year
  • Wellness reimbursement for health and wellness related items/services
Outcomes

We have added three floating holidays for all full-time employees, in addition to our six company-observed holidays, raising our total paid time off for holidays to 72 hours. Employees can use their floating holidays to observe holidays in their respective religions/cultures, birthdays, family time or whatever they choose. In addition, we offer one week of paid parental leave to employees for the birth of a child or placement of a child in connection with adoption or foster care to allow employees time to care for and bond with their new child. Hybrid work schedules, remote work options, and split shifts offer flexibility to employees in the workday to better accommodate scheduling needs. Wellness reimbursement financially supports a variety of purchases to better one's physical and mental health. Educational reimbursements support employees expansion of their knowledge and skills while lessening financial burden.
