In December 2020 Control Risks in the Americas region announced that all employees would have access to Calm premium, the World’s #1 App for mental fitness as its newest employee benefit. Given that 2020 was a challenging year in terms of mental health and self-care, Control Risks decided to provide Calm as a resource to all its employees.

Launch quarterly health initiatives to support employee’s wellbeing with the aim of increasing CALM engagement by 10%.

Drove CALM sign-ups from 25% of the population (Dec 2020) to 40.3% (April 2021) with a 75% engagement from all that have signed up.
