Mandatory Inclusion & Allyship Training

Actions:

Each quarter of the year, all employees globally are assigned mandatory training covering unconscious bias, inclusive hiring, or allyship. These trainings are included in reporting dashboards along with other mandatory trainings such as harassment, security, and compliance for visibility and accountability.

Outcomes:

Since inception of this training program in conjunction with other training opportunities, our belonging score has surpassed and remained above 80%.
