The disparity in wealth is not only alarming where it stands, it’s also trending in the wrong direction. Entrepreneurship has led the path to wealth creation for those who do not inherit it. Therefore, it is imperative to do meaningful business with diverse companies. To do so, requires eliminating the automatic presumption of minority businesses as menial. Expanding access to real opportunity can create sustainable Diversity and Inclusion and so much more.
