Better understand and supporting the needs and concerns of our employees of different identities around the world.

Actions

We regularly host Listening Sessions to hear from our employees on topics related to diversity and inclusion both within the organization and externally. We also host bi-monthly Learning Circles on various topics (for example, understanding power and oppression, unconscious bias, and the black experience in the workplace). Additionally, we have  launched formal training for all employees including live sessions with external consultants and employee directed training through our global training platform; and other memberships such as the Network for Executive Women.

Outcomes

We have used the feedback obtained from employees in our sessions as well as our formal training to inform our initiatives and policies related to DEI&B. Our employees continue to engage with all learning materials as we work to foster a sense of belonging and safety in the workplace.
