Sonoco partners with:

Fairygodboss – Dedicated to help companies increase gender diversity. Allows Sonoco to showcase why we are a great place to work for women. Drives more female applicants to apply for our open positions.

Circa – Sonoco partners with Circa which allows us to post jobs to Diversityjobs.com and 600+ niches sites to increase applicants from underrepresented groups.

We developed reporting to track diversity applicants transferring to diversity candidates and the ability to understand where each individual is in the hiring process. These reports can be manipulated by salary band, division, geography, and gender.

Minority US Hires – 27.7% vs 15%
