Actions

In October 2021, Avantor announced new inclusive benefits for US associates which aim to offer additional supports for parenting associates and transitioning associates.

The new benefits include

  • Fertility Coverage including IVF
  • Female Associates giving birth will receive full wages for 12 weeks
  • Increased Parental Leave from 60% for 4 weeks to 100% for 6 weeks
  • Support for associates with children with developmental or behavioral disabilities
  • Enhanced Gender Affirmation Coverage These benefits will support working parents (male and female) as well as LGBTQ employees through the IVF benefits and enhanced gender affirmation coverage.
Outcomes

The Inclusive Benefits Program provided associates access to additional benefits starting in October 2021.
