Ongoing dissemination of content (articles, videos, webinars, event sessions) focused on building a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and psychological safety within organizations.

Actions

One of the primary areas of focus for our two publications, Chief Learning Officer and Talent Management, is building a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. We publish a range of articles, videos, and additional content in this area. In 2020, we focused our Quarter 3 "content sprint" in this area, which involved a deep dive into the role learning and development plays in the pursuit of workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. We published, and continue to publish a wide array of articles and videos exploring topics such as racism and discrimination, how to better support and empower Black people and people of color in the workplace, how learning leaders can champion an inclusive workplace culture, and the best training practices and learning resources for employees at every level of the organization.

Additionally, we host various webinars and events dedicated to the topic of diversity, equity, and inclusion. A few of our especially well-received webinars include "Turn Your Eye to DEi," "Building Your D&I Learning Strategy: A Conversation With Experts," "Dismantling Through Dialogue: Hosting Open Discussions on Racism and Conflict." and many more. All our past webinars are available on demand. We also feature panel discussions and conversations focused on DEi, belonging, psychological safety and empathy during our live and virtual events.
