Actions

At HR Acuity, we are proud to support two Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): The Culture and Out & About. These groups play an integral role in cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace. Both ERGs are dedicated to celebrating and promoting diversity across our organization, connecting, sharing experiences, and building community.

Outcomes

Both ERGs have been proactive in organizing a variety of webinars and workshops that address topics pertinent to their respective communities. These events not only provide valuable learning opportunities but also encourage open dialogue and mutual understanding among employees. Through these initiatives, we aim to create a more inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and heard, which has boosted employee morale and engagement.
