We recognize that our communities in which we work and live have a lot of needs and felt it was important to give back both with our time, but also with a financial investment into those organizations we support.

As part of our desire to give our employees work life balance, we encourage each employee to take 24 hours of Volunteer Time Off per year. This year, we hosted Abdo Volunteer Day, where we encouraged employees to volunteer at an organization that serves underserved populations. We also donated money to those organizations to assist with program costs.

We had about 40% of our employees volunteer on Abdo Volunteer Day, a number we hope to increase to 80% in 2022.
