Gender Pay Gap/Equality Analysis + Remediation Plan

Challenge

We have committed to evaluating what pay equity exists across the connective and remediating the differences. One of the main ambitions of the IDEA programme is that people are paid equitably for equal work.

Actions

We ran a gender pay gap report ahead of time, we believe that visibility and transparency are key to success so we shared this report with all of our Kin. This is the first stage of our pay equity commitment helping us to identify where we have differences.

The second stage is to put a plan in place to ensure pay equity and implement a framework for all new starters to be matched to the baseline.

Outcomes

We are actively working on our DIVERSITY goal in our strategy to help improve overall representation metrics within the firm which will address the pay gap long term.
