Foster a culture of community engagement and philanthropy.

As an initial response to the racial tension which emerged following the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery, we made a commitment to stand against racism and other forms of discrimination. Specifically, we granted each employee an additional paid day off to volunteer for an organizations that focuses on equality, diversity, inclusion, criminal justice reform, human and civil rights, or otherwise provides support for underrepresented and at-risk members of our communities. In addition, we made a pledge, following completion of the divestiture from AIG, to give and aggregate monetary gift of $250,000 to one or more organizations whose missions align with these focus areas.

In taking these initial steps, we empower our employees and by providing them with the flexibility to support causes they are passionate about and we forge what we expect to be lasting partnerships with charitable organizations making an impact in each of the markets where we have a presence.
