At Southwire, we continuously seek ways to mature our culture of inclusion to ensure our employees are empowered, engaged and encouraged to be their authentic selves. To help support this commitment and build opportunities for awareness, organizational action and community connections, Southwire has six active employee resource groups which welcome participation from not only those who identify with a specific community, but from all employees.

Our Women’s Network inspires employees to create an environment that embraces inclusivity with an emphasis on women and provides an avenue to encourage networking, embrace collaboration and empower current and future leaders.

Spectrum fosters a community of inclusivity, diversity and empowerment by valuing all people of color and serves as a vital resource to promote awareness, cultural differences and the importance of diversity.

NextGen inspires employees to create an environment that embraces inclusivity with an emphasis on millennials and provides an avenue to encourage networking, embrace collaboration and empower current and future leaders.

The goal of T.E.A.M. is to build organizational capability by ensuring the workforce is diverse in all levels of leadership throughout our manufacturing facilities. We want to instill a culture of acceptance of all people and develop systems that are more than just words on paper, but inclusion in action.

Officium enriches the lives of veterans at Southwire by creating deeper relationships with fellow employees, providing opportunities to serve through veteran outreach and awareness events and by engaging in network and career growth opportunities.
