We understand that unconscious bias has an immense impact on our ability to foster an inclusive culture for our teammates, athletes and the communities we serve.

To help mitigate potential blind spots, we invested more than 11,000 hours of training with our store leadership team in the classroom, online and through teammate conversations in 2018. This year, we plan to extend this training to all teammates in our corporate offices, distribution centers, and expand upon the training within our stores.

Our goal is to help our teammates learn practical, relevant tools to acknowledge, recognize and manage their own biases.
