• Established a Women in Leadership Council, a vision, mission and developed a strategy
• Identified leaders to oversee each workstream: Programs, Professional Development, Communications & Engagement, Strategic Initiatives and Community. The teams are also supported by executive sponsors, a core team and regional community leads.
• Established a Women in Leadership certification program
• Provided an intranet space with resources such as recommended books, podcasts, videos, recognition, surveys and materials focused on a variety of topics

• Recently celebrated their five-year anniversary
• TTEC hosts monthly webinars focused on uplifting women where discussions and education occur a wide variety of topics. Attached is a recent example of our February Women in Leadership session titled Breaking Down Barriers
• Increased representation of women in leadership positions: Executives – 25% to 33%, Managerial 43% to 57%, Professional 36% to 52% since 2016
