Identified leaders to oversee each workstream: Programs, Professional Development, Communications & Engagement, Strategic Initiatives and Community. The teams are also supported by executive sponsors, a core team and regional community leads.
Established a Women in Leadership certification program
Provided an intranet space with resources such as recommended books, podcasts, videos, recognition, surveys and materials focused on a variety of topics
