Actions

We formed an Equity Committee where our team members can address DEI-related issues.

Outcomes

Our Equity Committee has been instrumental in driving change in support of Schoolab having an equitable and inclusive culture. It has conducted a company-wide census to inquire into the level of equity and inclusiveness in each of its departments. Out of this census, the committee has informed the company decision-makers on corrective measures to be taken where a work environment/dynamic was not supportive of equity and inclusion. The committee has also organized a DEI workshop for its team members to further raise awareness and build an inclusive culture within Schoolab.
