Enhancing Transparency

Challenge

Crestwood remains committed to being a leader in ESG/Sustainability in the MLP Midstream sector. We identified the need to constantly evolve and enhance our commitment not only to our D&I culture, but also to enhancing our transparency around D&I related metrics showcasing our progression in key areas.

Actions

We report key performance indicators in our annual sustainability report as well as metrics around diversity of leadership and workforce on a quarterly basis to our sustainability committee at the board level and our Sustainability steering committee that consists of key functional leaders.

Outcomes

Investors and key stakeholders are enhancing their focus on a companies D&I reporting and metrics. By continuing to enhance our transparency on key metrics in our annual sustainability report, we are able to supply our stakeholders with meaningful and relevant metrics that showcase our dedication to progressing D&I within the organization.
