Provide Billy Reid employees with a forum to connect with those of a shared identity, community, and experience as well as advocate and bring awareness of issues and topics important to them.
In 2021, we established our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEi) Pillars to guide our efforts in developing and implementing policies to increase diversity, and provide resources to support a culture of inclusion here at Billy Reid. Our employee resource groups illustrate our commitment to creating and sustaining an inclusive and supportive work environment. The goal of our employee resource groups is to provide individuals with a forum of support with those of a shared identity and experience, as well as foster our culture of inclusion and understanding among all of us here at Billy Reid. We have launched 4 employee resource groups so far which include Racial Equity, Religious Faith, Women, and LGBTQ+ focused groups.
