Paychex encourages employee engagement through the creation of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Our ERGs are an important facet of Paychex’s culture and enhances our workplace culture. We encourage our ERG members to suggest improvements to policies and programs that help make Paychex a great place to work.
Paychex has a significant portion of its population engaging in ERGs: the momentum is growing and we expect significant growth in ERG participation over the next several years.

One thing that has emerged from this year’s widespread calls for racial justice is an acknowledgment that there needs to be greater understanding of how systemic racism and inequity have impacted so many American lives – including our own co-workers, clients, friends, and families.
Diversity and inclusiveness of people, views, and ideas, has helped Paychex get to where we are today, and will be an important part of our future.
