Launch Employee Resource Groups and dedicated DEI portal on company intranet.
We launched our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as voluntary, employee-led groups that strive to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with Atlas’ core values. Our ERGs exist to provide support, career development, and networking as well as create a safe space where employees can be their authentic selves. ERG participation is open to all employees and cross-collaboration across groups is welcomed and encouraged. At Atlas, we recognize that when we work together to foster an open, diverse workplace, mentoring and support can reshape the inclusivity of our company’s culture. We developed a dedicated portal on our intranet site to DEI related education tools and sponsored pages for each ERG to share news, insights, and employee highlights.
