Employee Resource Group Leadership Summit

With Employee Resource groups located in Paramount Global's offices around the world, there was a need to create stronger connection points and build synergy.
Actions
In January 2016, Paramount Global's Office of Global Inclusion hosted its first ever Employee Resource Group Leadership Summit. Leaders representing our eight ERGs came from Europe, Los Angeles, Miami and Nashville, gathered at Paramount Global's New York City headquarters for two days of intensive learning, collaborating and networking.
The agenda included senior executive guest speakers, interactive workshops on presentation skills and unconscious bias, team-building exercises and group projects that were shared at the conclusion of the summit.
Outcomes
Following the ERG Leadership Summit, there was a noticeable uptick in the number of collaborative events across ERGs and across geographic locations. Furthermore, we have launched ERGs in additional Paramount Global locations around the world.
