Launch, formation, and strategic planning across employee resource groups (affinity groups).

Since June 2020, Cetera has supported the formation and launch of employee resource groups. To date, five employee resource groups have formed and are actively meeting, planning, and sharing resources. Two additional employee resource groups are currently in planning phases.  The organization encouraged the formation of employee resource groups to create a link to inclusion strategy and execution. Sponsorship was confirmed through 1. The identification of two named executive sponsors, 2. Formalized budget allocated to each employee resource groups, 3. Identification and sharing of enterprise resources that can be leverage across all employee resource groups, 4. All Employee Resource Group planning meetings and annual strategic budget and planning guidance, and 5. Visible sponsorship at All Employee Calls and Leadership events, including participation of CEO and Management Committee members.
