Enhance and reimagine our Diversity and Inclusion curriculum for meaningful and transformative learning that links to our Who We Are Values and deep roots a culture of belonging for all who work and shop at Wegmans.

Actions
  • Conducted companywide listening sessions to learn from our people the most meaningful areas of awareness, training and education needed
  • Established a new D&I curriculum to address various areas of equity and inclusion
  • Created on-going channels for feedback to continuously improve and establish new D&I training resources
Outcomes
  • 100% of senior leaders have completed our Racial Equity and Unconscious Bias courses
  • Curriculum includes dedicated learnings about Race, LGBTQ+, Unconscious Bias
  • Launched our new Leading Diversity and Inclusion instructor-led course for leaders
  • New courses continue to be built for Ability Awareness, and Generational Inclusion
