Nsight has increased its DEIB training over the last several years on various diversity and inclusion topics. We have implemented mandatory and non-mandatory trainings, webinars, and speaker sessions for all level of employees. We have also added an internal DEIB webpage to post various tools and resources. We aim to provide our leaders with guidance to support their teams and to give all employees the confidence that their work environment is a safe space to have productive conversations around diversity and inclusion.
Our trainings welcomed open and honest conversations and demonstrated the value of sharing perspectives. We plan to continue DE&I training and education to allow employees the opportunity to learn and share while the company continues its DEIB journey.
