Our recruiters have access a large variety of the best recruitment training available. Our recruiters earn a D&I Expert accreditation by completing workshops and on-the-job verification of the following skills:
Versions of these courses are offered globally, some as e-learning and some in live classroom settings. We also incorporate coaching and expert mentorship to improve the learning and application. By investing in training, we believe we are equipping our people with the skills to support our clients’ D&I strategies. In addition to incorporating these skills into our daily tasks, we proactively bring best practices to our clients on how to become leaders in D&I in their industries.
In addition to providing training to our employees on D&I strategies, we also provide tools and technologies to our recruiters to ensure they can have real impact in their diversity recruitment efforts. One example is our recent partnership with RallyPoint for veteran hiring. This partnership has allowed us to increase our talent pools by providing access to high-quality talent for Cielo and for our clients
