Development of Global Employee Resource Groups

Challenge

To create spaces for employees who hold different identities to connect, share and support each other in the workplace.

Actions

Development and launch of 4 global ERGs in 2020 (LGBTQ, BIPOC, Womxn and an allyship ERG).

Outcomes

All ERGs were fully formed in 2020 and actively meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Our ERGs have already launched courses globally that have been fully developed and curated by their team members to foster deeper learning and understanding. They also continue to consult with leadership on upcoming initiatives, desired advancements and changes within the organization. They now function as a key source of guidance and direction as we work to support of employees of different identities around the world.
